About Me

I am a counsellor and therapist with 19 years of experience. As well as a thorough training in general counselling, I have done specific training in relationships and Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT). I have also tutored IDT for the past 11 years.

I have had a wide range of life experience, including working and living in different cultures. I have navigated my way through some difficult life experiences, including grief and trauma. This has made me very understanding of the toughness of other people’s life events.

I have a family who are now young adults, and a good-sized extended family.

I feel very strongly that counselling and therapy can create new and life-changing pathways and ways of being. My clients regularly prove that lasting, positive change is possible. I subscribe to the belief that leopards can change their spots, shifts happen, and you don’t have to be stuck in old patterns.
